TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

We request a 50% advance payment to schedule the date, the rest can be paid on the day of the event upon arrival or before by wire transfer.
Cancellations must be made 20 days before the event, so that the 100% deposit can be returned, otherwise no refund will be made, except for natural disasters, rain, illness or death of family members and/or person of the event.

The event will begin at the agreed time, if you arrive later, the time will not be compensated.
If they do not arrive at the event on the agreed day and time, it is not our responsibility and therefore it will not be rescheduled. In case of demonstration, traffic accident on the road or any illness, an exception will be made if you reschedule, according to availability.

If some of the people do not show up, the money will not be returned.

CLIMATE:
We can´t know what the weather will be like on the beach (wind, waves, the sand sometimes rises sometimes falls) or the conditions of the beaches, we will do our best to do the set up as agreed, but there will be times when we will not be able to assemble the teepee due to the strong winds and we will only have to set up a picnic. (It has happened to us that the wind breaks a wooden board of the teepee and it is impossible for us to put it up and we have to make a different but equally beautiful set up).

TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES:

Solicitamos el 50% de anticipo para agendar la fecha, el resto se puede pagar el día del evento al llegar o antes por transferencia.
Las cancelaciones tienen que hacerse 20 días antes del evento, para que pueda ser regresado el depósito al 100%, en caso contrario no se hará reembolso, a excepción de desastres naturales, lluvias, enfermedad o muerte de familiares y/o persona del evento.
El evento comenzara a la hora acordada, si llegan después, no se compensará el tiempo.
Si no llegan al evento el día y hora acordado, no es nuestra responsabilidad y por tal no se reagendará. Excepto en caso de manifestación, accidente de trafico en el camino o alguna enfermedad, se hará excepción y, si se reagendará, de acuerdo con disponibilidad.
Si algunos de las personas no se presentan no se regresá el dinero.

CLIMA:
NO Podemos saber como estará el clima en la playa (viento, olas, la arena a veces sube a veces baja) o las condiciones de las playas, haremos lo mejor posible por hacer el montaje como se acordó, pero habrá momentos que no podremos montar el teepee por los fuertes vientos y solo se tendrá que poner un picnic. (nos ha pasado que el viento quiebra una tabla de madera del teepee y nos es imposible ponerlo y tenemos que hacer un montaje diferente pero igual de lindo).
